Contract Upholstery
Our commitment to the furniture market is solidified further through our contract upholstery division. In our 110,000 sq. ft. upholstery factory located in Thomasville, North Carolina we manufacture high-quality seating products on an OEM basis for other furniture manufacturers. As a prime supplier of components, we offer a competitive cost advantage in producing quality seating products which allows our customers to earn a reasonable margin, while not having the burden and overhead costs of production. Our capabilities include cutting, sewing, upholstering, assembly, and boxing.
Finished chairs can be shipped in a private lable carton, blanket wrapped directly to your facility, or to your customer using your bill of lading and packing lists. We can build chairs from your samples, drawings, or photographs, completely to your individual specifications. We can supply standard fabrics for your seating products, or work with COM and COL. Our existing clientele includes office, hospitality, medical and university furniture manufacturers.
